By accessing or using QuoteBridge ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including insurance professionals, agents, brokers, and agencies.
Important: By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
QuoteBridge provides website creation and hosting services specifically designed for insurance professionals. Our Service includes:
- Professional website templates optimized for insurance professionals
- Content management system for blogs, articles, and resources
- Lead capture forms and quote request functionality
- Online appointment booking system
- Mobile-responsive design
- Web hosting and domain management
- Customer support and technical assistance
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
To access our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and updated
Account Eligibility
Our Service is intended for licensed insurance professionals, agencies, and related businesses. We reserve the right to verify your licensing status and may request documentation.
Subscription Fees
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis at $49 per month. Billing occurs monthly in advance, and payment is due upon invoice.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees.
Late Payments and Suspension
- Accounts with payments overdue may be suspended
- We will attempt to collect payment before suspension
- Suspended accounts retain data for 30 days before potential deletion
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. You will not be charged if you cancel within the trial period. After the trial period ends, all fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for any reason once billing begins.
You may only use our Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service to compete with or replicate our offerings
- Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
Compliance: As insurance professionals, you must ensure all content and use complies with insurance regulations, including state licensing requirements and advertising standards.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or store on our platform ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it:
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Does not infringe on third-party rights
- Meets professional and ethical standards
- Is accurate and not misleading
Data Backup and Portability
We perform regular backups but recommend you maintain your own copies of important content. Upon request, we will provide your data in a standard format for portability.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuoteBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Trademark Usage
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without express written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Third-Party Integrations
Our Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such integrations is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by providing 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for all charges incurred through the end of your billing period.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Provide false information
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data, after which it may be deleted.
Important Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
- Compliance with specific regulatory requirements
Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall QuoteBridge be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from third-party actions
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
- Business interruption or system downtime
Governing Law
